Common situations

I can browse, but I cannot message or book

That usually means you are not signed in as a customer yet. Browsing is public, but favourites, booking requests, and customer messaging are protected behind login.

I am a tutor and cannot open tutor messages

Tutor messaging is only available inside the tutor portal. Make sure you sign in through the tutor login flow so your account lands in the right protected area.
